Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you may not build, publish or do with Koi Launch. It is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to the apps you create, the content in them, and how you use the Service.

1. Prohibited apps and content

  • Phishing, or collecting passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases, payment card or bank details.
  • Impersonating a real person, company, government body or service, including copying their branding to mislead users.
  • Malware, cryptocurrency mining, or code that exploits devices or browsers.
  • Scams, fraudulent investment, gambling or giveaway schemes, and deceptive offers.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors.
  • Content that is illegal, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens or incites hatred against people.
  • Collecting other people's personal data without a clear notice and their consent, or tracking people secretly.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

2. Prohibited use of the Service

  • Trying to break out of the app sandbox, access other apps' or users' data, or attack Koi Launch, Telegram or anyone's systems.
  • Spam or mass unsolicited messages, including through share features.
  • Overloading the Service, getting around rate limits, or using it as general-purpose file hosting.
  • Reselling or white-labelling the Service without our written permission.

3. Apps for others

If your app is used by other people, be honest about what it does. If it gives health, legal or financial information, make clear that it is not professional advice. If it collects information, tell users what and why.

4. Reporting

To report an app, open it in Telegram and choose “Report this app” in the menu (⋯), or email hello@kinetropic.com with the app link and what is wrong. For illegal content involving children, also report it to the authorities.

5. Enforcement

We review reports and may remove content, suspend an app, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks this policy, without prior notice when needed to protect people. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to Telegram or to authorities.
