Terms of Service

1. The Service

Koi Launch lets you create, preview, publish and share small web apps that run as Telegram Mini Apps. You build apps by asking your AI assistant, which uses the Koi Launch tools on your behalf. We host the app files, serve published apps inside a sandbox, and store data that the apps save for each person who uses them.

Koi Launch is currently offered free of charge. We may add paid plans or change features in the future; we will not charge you without telling you first and asking you to agree.

2. Your account

Your Koi Launch account is your Telegram account. When you connect an AI assistant, you confirm the connection in Telegram, and that assistant can then act in your account through the Koi Launch tools.

• You must be allowed to use Telegram and your AI assistant under their own terms, and be able to enter into a binding agreement in your country.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through assistants you have connected. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in its connector settings.
• Tell us promptly at hello@kinetropic.com if you believe someone else is using your account.

3. Third-party services

The Service works together with services we do not control, including Telegram, OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) and Cloudflare (hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. In particular, your conversations with your AI assistant are processed by its provider, not by us. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

4. Your apps and content

You keep all rights you have in the apps, files and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant Kinetropic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and serve Your Content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service, including showing your apps to the people you share them with.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it, including any images, sounds, texts or data you import. Apps are generated by AI on your instructions; review them before you share them, especially apps that give advice or handle other people's data.

5. Sharing and the people who use your apps

Published apps can be opened by anyone with the link unless you make them private. People who open your app use it under these Terms. Each user's saved progress is kept separately; data written to shared collections (such as leaderboards) is visible to everyone using that app. If your app collects information from its users, you are responsible for telling them what it collects and why, and for handling it lawfully.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no phishing, collecting passwords or payment details, impersonation, malware, spam, illegal content, or attempts to break the sandbox or the Service.

7. Limits, suspension and removal

The Service has technical limits (for example, file sizes, number of apps and stored data) described in the documentation, and we may rate-limit use to keep it reliable. We may review apps that are reported or that we reasonably believe break these Terms, and we may suspend or remove an app, or suspend an account, to protect users, Telegram or the Service. Where reasonable we will tell you why.

8. Deleting apps and ending use

You can delete an app at any time by asking your assistant. Deleting an app permanently removes its versions, files and the data every user saved in it, and its link stops working. You can stop using the Service at any time; to delete your account and remaining data, email hello@kinetropic.com. We may discontinue the Service; if we do, we will try to give reasonable notice so you can keep copies of your apps.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINETROPIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE OR APPS GENERATED THROUGH IT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SAVED DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINETROPIC AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kinetropic from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, apps you publish, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will give notice in the Telegram bot or on this website before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails.
