Questions about paying
What do I pay for?
Only for Koi Launch Go, a subscription to Koi Launch itself: more storage and a monthly AI allowance. Making, publishing and opening apps stays free.
Can I sell my apps or charge people to use them?
No. Koi Launch is a tool for making your own apps, not a marketplace or an app store. Every app made with Koi Launch is free to open, and creators cannot sell their apps or take payments through them. See the Terms of Service.
How do I cancel?
In the web app, open Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Go stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Go isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment at hello@kinetropic.com. Details are in the Refund Policy.
What happens to my apps if I stop Go?
Nothing is deleted, and your apps keep working. Storage goes back to the free amount, so you can't add more files until you're under it.
Does the AI allowance roll over?
No. Each paid month comes with its own allowance, and unused allowance expires at the end of that month. A yearly plan gets a fresh allowance every month.
